I’d love to reach the goal where I sit down to meditate and for just one hour to have nothing pop into my mind. When I meditate now I’m thinking my breathing, in and out, in and out. Then slowing the exhale makes my breathing deeper. Then the thoughts appear, my focus switches to them and I loose track of my breathing but haven’t noticed it yet. I acknowledge the thoughts as them come and let them drift away, now back to my breathing. During a session there will be what seems to be an endless time when I’m just following my breathing, they are actually just a few minutes. My thinking is now done for the day.

When I ask myself a question I will immediately know the answer, or the next step to get me closer. Decisions are made quickly and changed seldom if ever. Once it’s made, take action immediately, or schedule it,t otherwise file it away in your someday maybe folder.

When you first see the secret it will plant a seed in your mind. As that seed grows you begin to get a better understanding of how the law of attraction works, and also the law of vibration.

I had the opportunity to meet with Bob a few weeks ago and thank him for introducing me to the concept of paradigms.

The collection of habits that make me the person I am today are my paradigms. When I was a child I absorbed everything that was around me, the good and the bad. Being consciously aware of this allows me to reflect on my current habits and beliefs and decide whether they are my own or something I picked up along the way. It’s funny how we can do something over and over without ever stopping to ask why. Maybe it’s time to let go of the things that are holding us back and start choosing how we want to live.
